Description
AMEROYAL CF concentrated evaporator treatment is a concentrated liquid formulation of active polymers and antifoam developed specifically to prevent scale deposition and carryover in high-temperature, high-production multistage evaporators.
AMEROYAL CF treatment significantly reduces the amount of acid cleaning required to maintain design distillate production.

Application and Use
AMEROYAL CF concentrated evaporator treatment should be diluted with fresh or seawater and fed continuously to the evaporator feed line by means of the DREWTM BWT Dosing System that uses a metering pump or the DREW FWG Dosing System that uses a flow meter. The recommended dosage rate is 15 mls per ton of distilled water produced per day based on the rated capacity at normal operating temperature and brine density. If the brine density is increased, the dosage should be increased proportionately.
